We declare that the GERMA TRADE company - before starting the management of personal data - will do everything in its power to ensure that every individual to whom personal data relates has the right to obtain information, in order to ensure that they have clear and detailed information about the management of his personal data and all his rights in relation to the management of the data related to it and about the options regarding legal remedies available to him.

For GERMA TRADE, the protection of personal data is a key priority in the management of personal data, thereby ensuring that individuals to whom personal data are related have the right to decide for themselves about their use. In order to achieve this goal, we ensure, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations referred to in point 2 of this statement, appropriate protection of the personal data we collect.
